Substance Use Policy

Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the home. This policy is in place to ensure a clean and safe environment for all guests and to maintain the quality of our home. *Cigarette smoking outside is allowed.

Violation of this policy will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping O’Neil St. Ohana smoke-free.

Guest access
Upon your arrival at O’Neil St Ohana, you may access the property using your preferred entry method – a physical key is located in a secure lockbox in the carport area, or you may enter via the keyless entry system. The code will be provided via Airbnb messaging on the day of your check-in. You will have full, private access to the entire home, including three bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms, carport and patio.

We require the primary person booking any reservation to be physically present as a guest staying in the home, and to be at least 24 years of age. (Note that if you are UNDER 24 years of age and book this home, YOU WILL BE FINED $400.) While we are always happy to hear that families are enjoying the space, and we have appointed the kitchen intentionally to accommodate small dinner parties, this home is not suitable for parties with excessive drinking, etc. If you are considering hosting an event that involves drunkenness, please, kindly move on from this listing.
